Riven Patio Extension & Front Door Sleeper Borders, Stone

This customer in Stone wanted a larger, more practical seating area at the back of the house, and a smarter entrance at the front. We extended the rear patio to match the existing paving, and added low sleeper borders either side of the front door step.

We extended the existing patio using riven paving slabs matched to the original, so the new and old areas sit together as one larger patio, with plenty more room for a table, chairs and relaxing outdoors.

Front garden: sleeper borders

At the front, we built a low sleeper border either side of the front door step and filled them with white decorative stone. It’s a simple change that frames the entrance and gives the front of the house a clean, tidy finish with almost no upkeep.
