Porcelain Paving and Custom Hot-tub Canopy

This customer in Stone had an old, worn timber deck around their hot tub. We took it up and replaced it with 20m² of porcelain paving, then designed and built a custom-made timber canopy over the hot tub, so they can use it whatever the weather.

What we did

• Removed 20m² of old, worn timber decking
• Prepared a solid sub-base and laid 20m² of porcelain paving in its place
• Designed and built a made-to-measure timber canopy over the hot tub

Why swap decking for porcelain?

• Low maintenance. Porcelain doesn’t need sanding, staining or treating like timber does.
• Won’t rot or splinter. Ideal around a hot tub, where the surface is often wet.
• Easy to keep clean. Porcelain resists stains and fading, so it stays looking new.

A custom-made hot tub canopy

Every garden is different, so we built this timber canopy to measure, sized to fit the hot tub and the space around it. A canopy gives shelter from rain and sun, adds privacy, and turns the hot tub into a proper outdoor feature you can enjoy all year round.
